Payment method and timing
- Method: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown on the payment screen (payment is processed by our reseller, Dodo Payments)
- Timing: payment is completed when you order. One-time payment, not a subscription.
Delivery
- Usually within a few minutes of payment, sometimes up to about 30 minutes, we email a personal link to the address you entered.
Returns and cancellations
- As this is digital content, we do not accept returns for change of mind after delivery, except as follows.
- If your reading fails to generate, we try again; if it still fails, we refund you in full automatically within 24 hours of payment, without you having to ask. The same applies if the email was not sent and you have not opened the reading.
- Refund on request within 7 days of purchase if you have not opened the reading.
