The pair's card

Pure creative force

I Ching name · The Creative

A card from the I Ching, the old East Asian book of wisdom: Heaven above and Heaven below.

Monkey and Rooster share a sense of humor and often mirror each other's stubbornness.

Where you click: Monkey and Rooster are neither bound together nor in conflict in the old calendar, so you create your own pattern. Your shared energy shows in a similar sense of humor, making fresh approaches enjoyable to explore.
Where you rub: You often mirror each other's stubbornness, each waiting for the other to reach out. The Pure creative force card means steady, tireless forward movement. In your relationship, that force becomes useful as the courage to speak first and open a door.

For Monkey: Monkey, instead of waiting for Rooster to reach out, gently send the words, "I miss you."
For Rooster: Rooster, listen for the affection behind Monkey's joking words, and offer your appreciation first.

What words are you waiting to hear instead of offering first?
